Kenneth Mayne has served as SCF’s Chief Investment Officer since 2011, overseeing its investment portfolio and undertaking investment underwriting. He has also served as SCF’s Board Treasurer since 2011.

In addition to his roles at SCF, he has also plays a strategic role in the strategic planning and corporate growth of Strategic Development Solutions (SDS) and its affiliates. As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Mayne oversees the investment process of SDS and Strategic Development Investments (SDI), a wholly owned subsidiary of SDS. Mr. Mayne formerly served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Roll and Ross Asset Management where he managed up to $475M for a variety of domestic and international benchmarks including large cap, growth, and value. He has extensive experience performing financial research to incorporate into investment strategies. He also oversaw development of the firm’s quantitative strategies relating to innovations and customization for specific client’s needs and the development of performance attribution analysis. Mr. Mayne received his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, holds a M.A. in Economics from UCLA and a B.A. in Economics from UC Davis. He also serves as the Treasurer and sits on the Investment Committee for Sustainable Communities Fund, a 501(c)(3) foundation launched by the founders of SDS and Economic Innovation.
